When an auto accident happens, the most important thing is safety. If possible, move vehicles out of harm's way and call 9-1-1. Next, follow these simple steps to help us expedite your claim:
- Document at the scene. Take photos and/or video of:
- The accident scene
- Vehicles and damage. Download our photo guide for detailed instructions.
- Preserve any dashcam videos
- Other party's insurance card, driver's license and contact information
- Witnesses' contact if any
- Obtain police report number if a report is made
- Report your Claim once you are safe. Choose from these contact options:

- Complete our online auto claims form
- Claim Review. Your adjuster will contact you and the other parties involved. We will verify your coverages and investigate the accident to determine liability. Please keep in mind that every claim is different which is why we are here to help guide you and answer any questions you may have.
- Estimates and Repairs or Total Loss. If coverage and/or liability is verified, we will ask you to choose a repair shop that will provide an estimate and complete your repairs or settle your total loss. Your repair shop options are as follows:
- Our Direct Repair Partners (DRP). We guarantee their workmanship.
- Repair shop of your choice
- Claim Decision.
- Estimates and Repairs or Total Loss. If coverage and/or liability is verified, we will ask you to choose a repair shop that will provide an estimate and complete your repairs or settle your total loss.Your repair shop options are as follows:

- Payment. Depending on the case, claim payments may be issued to one of the following:
- The repair shop
- To you directly
- To you and the lienholder
- Other parties' insurance carrier
