When an auto accident happens, the most important thing is safety.  If possible, move vehicles out of harm's way and call 9-1-1.  Next, follow these simple steps to help us expedite your claim:

                1. Document with photos and/or video, if possible
                  1. The accident scene
                  2. All vehicles and their damage
                  3. Other party's insurance card, driver's license and contact information
                  4. Witness and their contact information
                  5. If a report was filed, capture the police report number

                2. Report your claim once you are safe.  Choose from these contact options:

                  • Your adjuster will contact you and the other parties involved. We will verify your coverages and investigate the accident to determine liability. Please keep in mind that every claim is different, which is why we are here to help guide you and answer any questions you may have.
                4. Estimates and Repairs or Total Loss. 
                  • If coverage and/or liability is verified, we will ask you to choose a repair shop that will provide an estimate and complete your repairs or settle your total loss.  Your repair shop options are as follows:

                  1. Estimates and Repairs or Total Loss.  If coverage and/or liability is verified, we will ask you to choose a repair shop that will provide an estimate. Your Adjuster will contact you if your vehicle is deemed a total loss. Your repair shop options are as follows:
                    1. Our Direct Repair Program (DRP). We guarantee their workmanship.
                    2. Repair shop of your choice
                  2. Payment. Depending on the case, claim payments may be issued to one of the following:
                    1. The repair shop
                    2. To you directly
                    3. To you and the lienholder
                    4. To you and the repair shop
                    5. Other parties' insurance carrier
